As a growth manager you will be responsible for building and enabling growth within the commercial client solutions business unit of Sunrock.
Job description
As a growth manager you will be responsible for building and enabling growth within the commercial client solutions business unit of Sunrock. Supporting the further establishment of product development, working closely with the commercial team in the countries to drive visibility of their pipeline, and building a full market view based on the trends and changes in the market (such as regulations and market analysis) as well as the competitive landscape.
Working closely together with the commercial teams in the countries in improving their customer journey and route to market.
Responsibilities
Sales support
Own key metrics for new deal funnel as well as retention through existing accounts
Further develop dashboard and reporting to support leadership and business development teams in improving their sales funnel detailing new business, repeat business and opportunities to promote products in new markets
Support MD's with monthly insights and review of performance (as part of Monthly commercial review)
Further develop and optimize the CRM system – including new products, adjustment of funnels and further integration within the IT stack of Sunrock
Business partner with business development teams to analyze in market execution and make recommendations for improvement in future business strategy
Ownership of the customer centric KPI – enabling correct client feedback measuring as well as collection and interpretation of data and improvement plan (through customer centric board)
Building out market view
Build out a clear and wholistic market view driven by market data, analytics and insights as well as competitive landscape.
Work together with the commercial teams in translating this market view into strategic direction, product development and commercial approach.
Product support
Support the product team in the further roll out and execution of the product fundament
Drive KPI tracking within the product framework – working closely with internal stakeholders in collecting data, building dashboards and enabling KPI tracking.
Build product roadmap - together with Product Leads and other stakeholders
Write business and product requirements together with the product owners in sufficient detail to evaluate, build, and market compelling experiences
Ensure all local commercial teams have the right tooling and equipment to offer all key products
Job requirements
Your profile
Are you a business analyst with a commercial mindset – wanting to further develop within the crossroads of driving commercial efforts through data and structure. Or do you have a strategy background and want to get more into the weeds of business execution – making the translation from analytics into action.
Are you able to build a wholistic market view extracting insights from several sources – and are keen on staying on top of your market knowledge. And are you able to then translate these insights and trends into commercial strategic directions – building the product and development roadmap but also into a commercial story (together with our commercial team) in bringin our clients along on the future state of energy?
Are you a self-starter, who is happy and able to thrive in an environment with a lot of freedom. Do you take initiative – building close relationships with both the commercial client side as well as the energy and asset side of our business. And are you a connector both on the content and the interpersonal side – then you will love this role and challenge as part of the future journey at Sunrock.
Interest and basic knowledge of the energy transition and the dynamics that come with it, but also future trends and movements on things like battery storage and EV truck charging are a pro (you’ll be building out that skills/knowledge a lot!)
