About the role: 

The Project Manager plays a key role in delivering renewable energy projects safely, on time, and within budget. After the project reaches Ready-to-Build (RTB) status, the Project Manager takes full ownership of execution through construction, commissioning, and handover to Asset Management.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to learn, take initiative.

Your responsibilities:


Take over projects after RTB and lead them through construction to Commercial Operation Date (COD)
Support and validate feasibility studies and development assumptions when required
Plan, coordinate, and control all project activities during execution
Manage EPC contractors, suppliers, and consultants
Ensure projects are delivered :
- Safely (HSE compliance as top priority)
- On time (schedule control and milestone tracking)
- Within budget (cost control, variations, and forecasting)
Monitor quality standards and technical compliance
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
Manage contracts, change orders, and claims
Act as the single point of contact for internal and external stakeholders during delivery
Coordinate commissioning, testing, and handover to operations teams
Report on progress, risks, costs, and timelines to management

Pré-requis du poste

What you bring to the table

  • Your enthusiasm and willingness to actively drive the energy transition. 

  • +3 years of experience in project management in the field of renewable energies, especially solar installations. 

  • A successfully completed degree with a technical background (engineering degree, electrical engineering training, or similar). 

  • Your structured and independent way of working, which meets good communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team. 

  • Talent is great. Energy is essential. A friendly, collaborative vibe is key !

  • Proficiency in French language skills in speaking and writing as well as very good English skills. 

  • Your enthusiasm for traveling.
