About The Role
As a Growth Manager, you will drive growth within Sunrock’s Commercial Client Solutions business unit across Germany, the Netherlands, and France. Your responsibilities include supporting product development, proactively collaborating with local commercial teams to increase pipeline visibility, and creating a comprehensive market view based on trends, regulatory changes, market analysis, and the competitive landscape. You will work closely with country teams to enhance the customer journey and optimize pragmatic routes to market, ensuring Sunrock’s position is strengthened and growth opportunities are maximized.
Responsibilities
Sales Support & Business Development
Own key metrics for the new deal funnel and retention through existing accounts.
Develop dashboards and reporting to support leadership and business development teams in improving the sales funnel (new business, repeat business, and opportunities).
Research and identify new client segments and sectors with high growth potential.
Assess and identify upsell and cross-sell potential across the existing customer base.
Conduct competitive analysis to uncover market gaps and positioning opportunities.
Develop targeted outreach strategies for existing clients and new target sectors/segments.
Support Head of International Business Development and MDs with monthly insights and performance reviews.
Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to tailor offerings and proposal material
Data & Market Intelligence
Leverage AI-driven analytics and geographical tools to identify growth opportunities (e.g., heatmaps, roof size analysis, ownership data).
Further develop and optimize the CRM system, including new products, funnel adjustments, and IT integration.
Build and maintain a clear, holistic market view based on data, analytics, and competitive landscape.
Explore and validate new data sources to enhance the market view.
Translate market insights into strategic decisions, product development, and commercial prioritization.
Product Support
Support the product team in rolling out and executing the product fundament.
Write business and product requirements with product owners to enable evaluation, development, and marketing of compelling experiences.
Vereisten
What you bring to the table:
3-5 years working experience in relevant field.
A background in energy, start-up/schale-up tech is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with a commercial mindset; able to translate data and insights into actionable strategies.
Background in business analysis or strategy, with interest in hands-on business execution.
Ability to build a holistic market view, extracting insights from multiple sources and staying up-to-date on trends.
Skilled at turning insights into strategic directions, shaping product roadmaps and creating compelling commercial narratives.
Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment with freedom and autonomy.
Proactive in building strong relationships across commercial teams and energy/asset teams; acts as a connector both on content and interpersonal level.
