As an Office Management Intern at Sunrock, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly, supporting our dynamic team, and contributing to our innovative projects. The Role:

As an Office Management Intern, you will support the Office Manager in maintaining the efficient operation of our office. This role offers the opportunity to develop your organizational and administrative skills, contribute to a variety of office management and basic administrative tasks, and gain valuable insight into the daily operations of a dynamic office environment.

Job requirements

Your Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Manage office-related activities, including the timely delivery of groceries and supplies, and ensure the maintenance of a welcoming office environment, including fresh coffee for meetings.

  • Liaise with the catering company to ensure all colleagues have lunch in accordance to their dietary requirements. 

  • Provide orientation for new employees, ensuring they are familiar with the office premises and basic IT support.

  • Maintain and document office procedures to ensure seamless operations in your absence.

  • Coordinate with external facility partners, including cleaning and building management, to maintain an efficient and pleasant workplace.

  • Assist the Office manager with administration, and parking management tasks.

  • Manage the recruitment process for the next intern, and ensure they are well-trained and prepared for the role before your departure.

  • You will have full ownership of our office phone!


What You Bring To The Table:

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
